Matrix Quality has an extensive network of experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Assessors / Surveyors available for assignment throughout India.

Matrix Quality personnel play a major role in supporting our clients regularly performing supplier surveys on vendors providing equipment for their specific project needs.

Vendor Assessments

Auditing of a vendor's quality system is a key step in determining a vendor's ability to provide the services and materials required. Assessments are performed   referring    ,specific industry based check sheets  by Matrix Quality personnel experienced both in the field of quality assurance and quality control with solid technical backgrounds. This ensures that the Assessor understands all aspects involved, i.e. the quality assurance and technical requirements to ensure that the vendor can provide the services and material as expected by the client.

Process Assessments

When a vendor is being considered as a potential source for a specific product it is beneficial to perform process specific assessments. This provides a detailed evaluation of the vendor's process as well as level of implementation of the process. Process assessments provide the customer with targeted information about the vendor and its capabilities specific to the task required.

Internal System Assessments

Matrix Quality provides qualified personnel to perform assessments of a customer's own in house quality system. This provides the customer with an honest unbiased assessment of their in house quality system and its level of effectiveness.

Quality Assurance procedures

Matrix Quality operates a Quality Management System to ISO 9001 - 2000. Field personnel are provided with detailed work instructions on the key aspects involved in the execution of the assigned activities. Whenever clients, specific project needs dictate  ,specific project instructions will be generated. In addition to this, field personnel are provided with detailed assignment instructions to ensure that they fully understand the customer’s requirements and expectations.

For Quality Assurance activities the required process is individually agreed with each customer to ensure that all needs are addressed. Specific instructions are then raised to reflect the full requirements of the assessment activity to be performed and provided to the assessor. In addition to this the assessor will establish contact with the customer to discuss the activities required and confirm that all needs are fully understood.

Reporting of Quality Assurance activities

Matrix Quality is fully equipped with all standard methods of report preparation and transmittal. Reports can be submitted per post, telefax or e-mail as required by client.

All our inspectors are computer literate and capable of communicating through electronic media ensuring fast response.

Reporting can be made on client own forms or on Matrix Quality standard forms.

Reporting of all Quality Assurance activities performed is handled in a confidential manner.
