Equipment Inspection

The level of vendor inspection services provided is intrinsically linked to the equipment involved, the Purchase order requirements and technical specifications / standards (national & international) applicable to the equipment. The level of inspection is reviewed with the Client to ensure that both parties fully understand what is expected of the other. |

Inspection Procedures
Matrix Quality operates a Quality Management
System to ISO 9001 - 2000. Field personnel
are provided with detailed work instructions
on the key aspects involved in the execution
of the assigned activities. Whenever
clients, specific project needs warrants
in inspection procedures then specific
project instructions will be generated.
In addition to this, field personnel
are provided with detailed assignment
instructions to ensure that they fully
understand the customer's requirements
and expectations.
Reporting of Inspection activities
Matrix Quality is fully equipped with all standard methods of report preparation and transmittal. Reports can be submitted per post, telefax or e-mail as required by client.
All our inspectors are computer literate and capable of communicating through electronic media ensuring fast response.
Reporting can be made on client own forms or on Matrix Quality standard forms.
